Meet Morgan, one of the heart and soul of our team. Morgan is a true outdoorsman with a deep love for fishing, camping, and enjoying serene days by the lake. On his days off, you’ll find him casting a line into tranquil waters, setting up camp under the stars, or simply unwinding by the lake, soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
Morgan shares his life with his wonderful wife, Lily, and their rescue dog, Goose. Together, they form a tight-knit family that cherishes every moment spent outdoors. Goose, in particular, is never far from Morgan’s side, whether they’re exploring new trails or just relaxing at home.
Morgan’s passion for nature and his easygoing demeanor make him a beloved part of our team. His stories of fishing adventures and camping trips are always a hit, and his love for the great outdoors is truly infectious. We’re lucky to have him with us and excited to share his enthusiasm for life on Vancouver Island with you!

Brian joined his brother-in-law to build the family business together in the Cowichan Valley! After years in a corporate environment, Brian and his wife Melissa moved back home to the Island in search of the familiar small-town life they grew up with. Pride Motorsports and the Cobble Hill-Mill Bay-Shawnigan area provide the perfect life style and family-oriented environment that they were searching for!
Brian is first and foremost a family man but loves his work and has an ultra-competitive side! You can find him on the local golf courses at Arbutus Ridge and Cowichan Golf Club, working at home on his acreage, or at the grocery store fueling his love of cooking. Brian and Melissa have two young children Skye and James in addition to several terriers who look forward to growing up in this wonderful community!

Dustin is the founder and mastermind behind Pride Motorsports! Pride Motorsports was created by Dustin to be more than just a business; it's a lifestyle! From the beginning, Pride Motorsports captured Dustin's experience and prowess in the industry alongside his desire for a better life. When Dustin is not in the office or out buying cars, you'll find him on his ranch or with his wife Shannon and three children Laine, Jackson, and Jayden. Dustin is heavily involved in the community with his young family and can be spotted in or on pretty much any cool motorsports toy you can imagine!

Garrett has been in the Auto Industry for the last 8 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Helping families acquire vehicles and providing affordable solutions is something that’s very important to him!
Garrett decided to leave the corporate world and join our family run dealership for a more laid back atmosphere and to help people in a different manner. Being a family owned dealership means we don’t charge as much for our services and we can save more money for the customer. Being more aligned with our ethics and business practices made Pride Motorsports an easy place to land for GJP.
When Garrett isn’t working and helping families you can find him working on his golf swing, running fundraisors and enjoying outdoors!
